Contract Terms & Conditions
This agreement is made on ……and is made between Lucy Coco Floristry (“we/us”), Address
Entire Agreement : This agreement forms the entire understanding between Lucy Coco Floristry and ( Wedding couple) It supersedes all prior agreements to the parties. Changes to this agreement can only be made when such changes have been added in writing and signed by both parties.
1.1 After your consultation a quotation with a cost of your wedding flowers will be sent out to you.
1.2 Within fourteen days off your initial consultation you will be required to pay a booking fee of £100 to book you wedding date with us and return the signed contract terms to us. The holding fee of £100 will be subtracted from your final balance.
1.3 Six months before your wedding date, you will be required to pay 50% of the balance. The final balance you will be required to pay one month before your wedding
2.1 Should you cancel your wedding your booking fee is non refundable , should you postpone we can transfer your booking fee to your new date subject to availability. If we are not available on the re arranged date the booking fee is non refundable.
2.2 Cancellation more than 4 weeks to the wedding date you will receive a refund of all monies paid other than the non refundable booking fee. It is agreed that cancellations after that date ( 4 weeks to the wedding date) no monies given to Lucy Coco Floristry shall be refunded.
- DETAILIED CONSULTATION
Once your wedding date is booked, you should arrange a further detailed consultation (If needed) 6-8 weeks before your wedding day to discuss and finalise the details.
Any last minute changes to your wedding order must be submitted 14 days prior to your wedding date as this is when the flowers as ordered. You will be unable to make any changes after the order has been placed without an additional fee. We will try to make small changes to accommodate as much as possible.
Fresh flowers are a living product , dependant on weather conditions and influences beyond our control .On rare occasions we may have to substitute a specific flower. If this happens we reserve the right to source a similar flower and will do everything possible to replace the substitution flowers with ones that are as close to the original as possible.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply to you on the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances ( this could include but is not limited to ill health, acts of god, bereavement , injury or adverse weather conditions) we reserve the right to find a subcontractor or substitute company. In the very unlikely situation that we are unable to fulfil the order we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you the full monies paid.
Due to the uncertainty of Brexit and Covid 19 pandemic wholesale flower prices may increase. If this is the case we will give you the option to scale back on your original flower content to stay within your original budget, or pay the increase to fulfil the original flower requirements.
